Located midway between Miami and Fort Lauderdale and on the Intracoastal Waterway, Aventura is approximately 3.2 square miles, and quite possibly the perfect location.

Aventura is an upscale community of condominiums and single family homes.  It has some of South Florida´s best known condominium projects and apartment buildings.  The Aventura Mall, restaurants and movie theatres are all nearby.  It´s conveniently located between two major airports and two of the largest seaports in the world.  Aventura has a diverse demographic base and is recognized internationally as a premier location to live, shop and play.
